Action Stations

Chef Collins's roots are firmly set in family and food. At the age of nine, she discovered her passion for culinary creativity and began learning the skills and techniques needed to become the impressive chef that she is today. Chef Collins is driven and focused on serving the best quality foods, as she has moved from kitchen to kitchen, working with some of the best chefs from Houston, Texas to Oklahoma to Louisiana.
